Snowfield Form
How to obtain: The cold-region population — frost on its gills and tail fins, its membranes padded with snow. Found in Driftwise Meadow. Gains the Ice element on top of Water (base stats unchanged) and unlocks the Ice Orb skill; per community databases its homeland work abilities add Ice Lv 1.

Is Pranky good?
Skippy's kit on a sturdier frame: the identical Healing Water now heals for 8% of a much larger max HP pool (109 base), Water Spirit still cuts all EP costs by 16% in water terrain, and M.DEF jumps to 98 — the highest stat on the sheet. Water Orb remains the aimable filler, and the Snowfield Form adds the freezing Ice Orb at the cost of pure water typing. The game's own build runs Healing Water and Water Orb with the Spirited Feather held item and Sherro as partner.
